Match Windowing =============== Sets the windowing settings of one data set to match the visual appearance of another data set as closely as possible. Input ----- Two images or volumes of the same size and number of channels. The first input image is the reference. Output ------ Modified window/level values for second image The input sets will not be modified by this algorithm. Description ----------- Changes the window and level setting of the second data set to match the intensities of the first data set (reference) as closely as possible in a squared intensity difference sense. Works best when the images show the same or similar content but the overall brightness and contrast differ.
