Depth Change Estimation

The algorithm estimates the change of depth values within multiple region of interests with respect to time.

Input
-----

RGB-D sensor stream

Output
------

2D plot per region of interest with respect to time displaying the change in the depth values in the selected frequency.

Export
------

If an output folder is given, the algorithm exports the color and depth images that are captured during the analysis.


Description
-----------

The algorithm runs on the input RGB-D sensor.

* **Select ROI(s)** enables the user to use their mouse and select a rectangular region on the depth image.
* **Preload ROI(s)** loads pre-configured regions.
* **Output folder** designates the export location for the color and depth images acquired during the analysis.
* **Time increment** acquisition frequency in seconds.
* **Start capturing** initiates the acquisition.
* **Stop capturing** ends the acquisition.
