Point Cloud Measuring

Allows measuring distances on a point cloud.

A single point cloud

Description
-----------

This algorithm lets the user place points on the point cloud by double clicking in the 3D view. The points placed this way are connected into a measurement (a polyline), which displays its total length.
The **Add Measurement** button creates a new measurement, which is initially empty and will take the next points placed by the user. **Clear Measurement** on the other hand simply removes all measurements placed so far and creates an empty new one.
